BOB is the man! We were in search of our first bed for the new apartment. We had high hopes for a Cal King bed because my husband is tall (6\' 6 to be exact).We met Bob who let us explore and figure out what we wanted.Then we asked him questions and negotiated .Got a really good deal and walked away with mattress, box spring, stand and mattress cover.We were happy campers.

My wife and I went here today and were assisted by David. David immediately offered us assistance and was very gracious and extremely knowledgeable regarding the various mattresses models we were looking at. He took the time to explain the pros and cons of the mattresses and answered all of our questions with detailed answers. We ended up buying a Serta mattress and bed spring along with a headboard. I highly recommend this business and David.
The moment we arrived, David greeted us politely and professionally. He\'s a great people person, listened to what I looked for in a mattress and gave me his expert advice. I have never experienced top tier customer service from anyone like David has serviced me. I left the building very happy and at ease knowing I really got the best option possible. Amazing customer service from the assistant manager David. He listened to our needs, showed us which mattresses were compatible with the needs assessment mattress in the store. We ended up purchasing a mattress, the base, the inner workings, cover, and sheets. Awaiting delivery on Saturday.
