All mattresses are sent compressed — This keeps your mattress safer during transport and makes it far easier to move them up stairs and around corners. We recommend moving the box to the room you plan to place the mattress in and opening it there. Unroll the mattress and place it on the bed or near where you will be using it. Once positioned carefully cut the remaining transparent layer of vacuum-sealed plastic and remove it from the mattress. The mattress will fill to full size and you can lie on your mattress within 30 minutes. And within a few hours, your mattress will be fully expanded.
