I visited this location yesterday and was very happy with my experience! Rod, who helped me, was patient and very knowledgeable and assisted me in making the choice of which bed was right for me. There is also a cool feature in this store called Bed Match that assesses your individual needs when it comes to choosing the right mattress for you. My experience was such a breeze and I\'m confident that I have found exactly what I\'m looking for! So excited for my new bed to be delivered!
Bought a new bed from this sit n sleep, hesitant about going to this one, it seemed small but was pleasantly surprised ROD was very helpful and knowledgeable he had take the mattresses test which gave results that narrowed my search to just what I needed. Purchased a new bed and a very expensive pillow, got a good deal on the pillow and the bed was more than affordable- got it delivered yesterday had a good nights sleep, though I have to get used to it.. Rod is the man! From the time I walked in, he treated me with respect. He offered me the quick mattress test and then I tried out a bunch of mattresses. I like to sleep on my side so I needed a softer mattress, but I also had a tight budget. He was very patient with me and I never felt rushed or pressured into anything. I finally decided on one but couldn\'t buy that day because I was also getting a bed and needed to make sure it was still available. So I waited a couple of weeks and came back to finally buy. Rod remembered me and again was very nice. Since I didn\'t have the bed yet, I didn\'t know whether to get a box spring or bunky board. He told me that we could order the box spring and when the bed came, if I needed the bunky board instead, he would help me with a no hassle exchange. He also offered me a 12-month no interest payment plan which I was all over! So I bought the mattress and it came within a couple of days. I did have to exchange the box spring for the bunky board but it was super easy and came the next day. I\'m so happy with the whole experience! Thank you Rod! (FYI I think he works on weekends).
