I originally got a Tempurpedic but exchanged it for a Spink & Edgar mattress. I\'m excited to have an all natural bed and to try out my adjustable base. Thanks Jackie!!
Cleat O\'Brien is one of the best salesman I have ever experienced!. He was patient, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable about every mattress in the store and had a wonderful sense of humor! The owners of this store are very lucky to have someone of this high professional caliber working for them. I love my new mattress so much that I find it difficult to get out of bed every morning.
Jackie at this store is amazing. This is the second time I have worked with her over the years. She gets transactions done and make sure that customer satisfaction is 100% at all times. Right through delivery and set up. We had a minor warranty issue and it was resolved immediately with professionalism and efficiency. We really enjoy Sit and Sleep, and we truly enjoy working with Jackie.
DO NOT BUY A MATTRESS ONLINE! I tried and had to send it back, as have most of my friends. Steve( normally at the Tarzana store) at this place was so knowledgable, funny, and patient, and it became clear why it is necessary to try a lot of mattresses. I love mine, got it cheaper than my online one, and while it did take an hour, which was less time than the total of buying and then returning my on-line one, I actually had fun and interacted with a real human being.
I just want to share my experience with TONY from CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was having back problems with my foam mattress and I decided to contact customer service to explain my issue. Tony was more than happy to answer all my questions regarding my brand new mattress. He explained that based on the description of the situation, I probably needed an under mattress support. Tony suggested that I get a bunkie board. I was hesitating to get it that day since I just got laid off. Tony went out of his way to check if I could get a discount on this item. Not only he was able to make that happen, he immediately set up an appointment for the delivery guys to come to my house the very next day. THANK YOU TONY! You deserve a raise!!!!
