My entire experience, with Sit n\' Sleep, was GREAT from start to finish! Dylan, our sales associate in the store, was really great, listened to what we wanted, needed and made sure we received everything we asked for, within our budget. The delivery, with Carlo and Fernando, was friendly, quick and efficient. Originally, we were going to purchase from Costco. I received an email from Sit n\' Sleep on December 30th, discussed it with my husband and on December 31st we decided to go in and check it out. We are VERY happy that we did! Thank you for everything!
Great customer service. I have been helped by Trish twice and Dylan once now. They truly make you feel like they are on your side and there to help you and not there for their own sales benefit. I have come here 4 times for mattresses and every time I feel leaving like they really hooked me up and helped me out with my needs. Highly recommend
I bought my first bed at Sit & Sleep 5 years ago. But I needed a new bed due to my bed feeling dipped. We were greeted by Trish S. right away she was so helpful and had such good positive energy. She reminded me of my warranty and I had my bed inspected. I felt like they really care about there customers and aren\'t all about sales. We went back and got our new bed from her and again she was incredibly helpful, so sweet and she made our experience a great one!! Go see Trish S if you need a new mattress.
