This review is for Alex who assisted us in the purchase of our brand new Serta perfect sleeper memory foam mattress. I\'d been having a lot of back pain and knew that my extra soft mattress was no longer suitable.Thus, he had us use their bed match technology system where it determined what level of firmness was ideal for the two of us.We ended up with the red - firm category which helped us narrow down their wide selection of mattresses and enabled to find a bed we enjoy and greatly needed.

I was under the impression that the only way to get a queen mattress under $1000 was to purchase a bed in a box online. I was more than wrong! We tried an online mattress first and was unhappy. We decided to try Sit n\' Sleep because their prices are super competitive.We worked with Alex and he was great! We were very happy with our experience.He was helpful and there when we had questions, but didn\'t "hover" and was low pressure. It made us feel comfortable. We purchased a mattress, box spring, and mattress protector, free delivery and set up for around the same as the online mattress (without all the extras). We are very happy and would recommend to anyone to try Sit n Sleep before purchasing online.
We looked for mattresses at three different places and this was the best. I didn\'t feel like they were upselling us and they were good at explaining the difference .The other place was just agreeable to everything we aske .The salesman here was good at giving us privacy to test out the bed without hoverin .And we walked out with no unnecessary extras like sheets and pillow .He showed us what was there but no pressure.
I had a wonderful time shopping for a Tempur-Pedic set with the help of Shelby Perea. We all know Sit \'n Sleep \'s slogan, "If you find an advertised price lower than ours, your mattress is free". Well the mattress I was looking at was priced exactly the same at Sit \'n Sleep and directly through Tempur - Pedic\'s website. However Tempur-Pedic\'s foundation price was $75 cheaper and if you buy a mattress and foundation together Tempur - Pedic gives you a $300 credit towards accessories.I wasn\'t sure if "lower advertised price" referred to prices posted on the web sites or in print/TV ads. Well Sit \'n Sleep not only matched the price for the foundation but also discounted the mattress price by the $300 credit. Shelby was so helpful and put me under no pressure whatsoever in trying out different mattress firmness\'s and different pillows and also showed me different sheet sets and protectors. I ended up not getting the cheapest and by no means the most expensive, just the one\'s that best suited my preferences.And there were no questions in discounting and matching prices so I got the best deal I could have gotten anywhere. Plus even though I was there on a Saturday afternoon, I received free Sunday morning delivery, set - up, and haul away. I wouldn\'t go anywhere else in the future.
