Amazing customer service. I came into the store to purchase a mattress and they did a great job at helping me pick one. But I realized once the order arrived at my home, I had ordered the wrong size. All this time I thought my original bed was a queen but really was a full. So I called the store the same day and asked them to help me switch it out if possible. Long story short Sit 'n Sleep helped me fix this issue and I really appreciate their time and help. Grade A service for sure! Thanks for everything!

We went to buy a mattress and had a great experience! After being at 1 mattress store where the owner was extremely rude and another where the salesman hovered on us creepily..... Best experience ever! Came in here just to browse and the store manager was here helping us so we ended up buying a king size bed with all the works of a bed, frame and bed box plus sheets etc. He gave us great service. I am very excited for our new bed!
Went in this evening looking for a mattress, went to three other mattress stores that were super pushy and rude. I always hear sit n sleep on the radio so decided to check them out. Debated on city of industry or Fullerton since I was right in between both. Really glad I chose Fullerton. Aaron helped us out and let me tell you this guy was awesome! Went in around 5:30 despite the fact that they closed at 6. Felt no pressure whatsoever to purchase any type of mattress or added accessories. We didn\'t feel rushed and didn\'t feel pressure to purchase outside of our desired budget. Aaron helped us choose the right mattress sit n sleep really does have the best prices! When looking for a mattress don\'t hesitate to make this your first stop, you won\'t regret it!
Got some of the BEST customer service from Aaron. He was a real stand up guy who helped us from the moment we walked in. There were others in the store and he kept circling to make sure our questions were answered. Above all else he is just a great human being. We are currently moving and I am all over the place and completely forgot to bring a diapers to the store. My daughter soiled her diaper and he went to his car to grab her one so we could continue shopping comfortable. My mom even went back to purchase a mattress for herself. He got us a really great deal on a Great king size bed with a box spring and a mattress cover. Thank you Aaron and we hope all the best to you and your family.
