We purchased 3 mattresses and 3 platform beds yesterday. Javier assisted us and we felt no pressure to buy anything from him. He gave us suggestions on the pros and cons of all the beds and mattresses we\'re looking at. I\'m a big guy and the Encore Cal King luxury plush mattress that he recommended was superb, it arrived today and I took it for a spin (nap time.) Never felt anything like this in years with my old mattress, no turning and tossing whatsoever, it\'s like sleeping on a bed of cloud.Javier will work on you with your budget, taste and preference.Overall the perfect guy to assist you.

My husband and I went into this store a few weeks ago and were met by Mike Soqui. We were looking for a bed for our guest room and he showed us mattresses in our price range and never tried to oversell us. He was patient and knowledgable about the products. When we got mesmerized by some of the new tech available that would show us what bed would be comfortable for our own room, he explained how it worked and answered all of our questions. There was no push to try to get us to buy another bed that day. When we are ready, though, we will absolutely return. Tons of choices and informed salespeople. Can\'t go wrong with that combo.
The store manager, Angie Jones, was very attentive, patient and courteous. I felt like a very close relative or best friend was helping me pick the right mattress. Moving is never easy, but Robert Cueva made part of the process easier by helping me and my family find the right mattresses for a reasonable price. I didn\'t know what I was looking for when I walked into the story, but Robert immediately greeted my family and allowed me to freely roam around the store at my leisure. He was always available to answer my questions and my family walked out of the store satisfied with our purchase.

Went to Sit \'n Sleep on Thursday night about hour and half before closing time for store.We were greeted by Jesse, who at the time was helping a customer. He took his time to ask if we had any questions.And he would be with us a soon as possible. Which gave us a good vibe. We stuck around and when he came back to help us he took his time to answer all our questions. He was very knowledgeable, kind and was able to direct and guide us towards the best mattress fit for us. Thank you for taking your time to answer all our questions and actually listen to all our concerns from the moment we walked in until we walked out never once did we feel rushed.
