Hector and Victor the delivery team were excellent and professional in setting up mattress (they had quite a challenge in the location of delivery, so kudos to them both)!

This Sit N Sleep is awesome! Our salesman Floyd made the process of purchasing our new beds a smooth and easy one. Floyd made sure he knew everything we were looking for and was very patient and kind. You can really tell he cares about each and every customer. Our beds were delivered the next day and Jose and Fernando were amazing, quick and efficient in setting up the new beds and removing the old ones. Wonderful experience and when we need new beds (or I know someone who is looking) I will return and recommend Chino Hills Sit N Sleep!!
I was very impressed with Floyd. The moment we walked in he greeted my wife, kids, and I. He was very professional and was honest in working with us and getting dimensions for our bump bed to be certain that we were getting a mattress that did indeed fit. I very much appreciated that attention to detail. I anticipated that I was going to have to bring it up at some point, but Floyd was spot on trying to find the dimensions. He Was patient with my kids and showed a few different samples and we agreed on a mattress. The price was competitive and we greatly appreciated that. In all honesty l, we had no intention on getting a mattress, but he made it so easy for us to make this purchase for our kids. Thus, his expertise and knowledge and great price made it easier on our mind and wallet. This is what parents want to experience and Floyd provided that for us. Thank you!
